Omnibus Committee Funding Resolution Amendments - Amends Senate Resolution 85, agreed to February 28, 1985, to extend through February 28, 1986, the authorization of expenditures by the following Senate Committees: (1) Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry; (2) Appropriations; (3) Armed Services; (4) Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs; (5) Budget; (6) Commerce, Science, and Transportation; (7) Energy and Natural Resources; (8) Environment and Public Works; (9) Finance; (10) Foreign Relations; (11) Governmental Affairs; (12) Judiciary; (13) Labor and Human Resources; (14) Rules and Administration; (15) Small Business; (16) Veterans' Affairs; (17) Aging; (18) Intelligence; and (19) Indian Affairs.

Increases the amounts of such expenditures.

Amends S.Res. 354, 98th Congress, to extend from February 28, 1985, through July 5, 1985, the authority to fund and pay 98th Congress committee employees displaced by committee reorganizations at the beginning of the 99th Congress. States that no such individual shall be paid under this Resolution for any period exceeding 60 days.
