Designates Patrick Henry's last home and burial place, in Virginia, as the Red Hill Patrick Henry National Memorial.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior, with the property owner's concurrence, to place an inscribed plaque or marker at Patrick Henry's gravesite on or by June 6, 1986. Provides that the ownership of Red Hill is to remain non-Federal and that no costs associated with the memorial are to be borne by the Federal Government.
