States that the Congress will not provide any more than $150,000,000 in additional economic assistance to Jordan for FY 1985 and 1986 until Jordan joins in peace talks with Israel. Expresses the sense of the Congress that no sales of advanced defense equipment for Jordan should be proposed by the President until those two countries agree to a peace treaty.
