Small Business Paperwork Reduction Act of 1985

Small Business Paperwork Reduction Act of 1985 - Amends the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980 to direct the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to set a goal to reduce the burden on small businesses of Federal collections of information by at least five percent by October 1, 1986, and for each of the next two years by not less than an additional five percent.
