Authorizes the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to undertake a bank erosion project on the Rillito River near Tucson, Arizona, for flood control purposes.
Directs the Secretary to include certain bank erosion control work carried out by non-Federal interests after January 1, 1985, as part of the non-Federal contribution for such project.
