Emergency Reye's Syndrome Prevention Act of 1985 - Amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to require drugs containing a salicylate (aspirin) to carry a conspicuous label warning that such product should not be used by persons under 21 years who have chicken pox, influenza, or flu systems because of such product's association with the development of Reye's Syndrome.
