Amends the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act to extend for two additional years the time that the State of Alaska can file a judicial challenge to: (1) the conveyance of submerged lands to a Native Corporation or Native group pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act or this Act; or (2) a decision by the Secretary of the Interior with respect to the navigability of water covering such lands.
