A bill to establish a National Commission on Reduction of the Federal Deficit.
Federal Deficit Reduction Commission Act - Establishes the National Commission on Reduction of the Federal Deficit to conduct a comprehensive study of alternative ways of reducing the Federal budget deficit and to recommend a course of action to balance the budget.
Directs the Commission to report its findings, conclusions, and administrative and legislative recommendations to the President and the Congress within 90 days after enactment of this Act. Terminates the Commission 60 days after it submits its report.

Read twice and referred jointly to the Committees on Budget; Governmental Affairs pursuant to the order of with instructions that if one committee reports, the other committee have thirty days of continuous session to report or be discharged.
