A bill for the relief of the Homer Society of Natural History of Homer, Alaska.

Authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a specified amount to a named organization of Homer, Alaska, in full satisfaction of all claims against the United States for losses resulting from the closing of, and appointment of a receiver for, a specified savings and loan association.
