A bill to clarify the definition of "vessels of the United States" in the Magnuson Fishery Conservation and Management Act.

Amends the Magnuson Fishery Conservation and Management Act to revise the definition of "vessel of the United States" to mean a vessel built in, and documented under the laws of, the United States. (Currently, such definition requires vessels to only be documented under U.S. law.)
