A bill to permit the State of New York to modify its agreement under section 218 of the Social Security Act to provide social security coverage for certain additional employees of Monroe County.

Permits New York to modify its agreement entered into under title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act for the provision of OASDI coverage to State and local employees so as to provide such coverage to certain additional employees of Monroe County, New York.
