Ratifies an agreement between the State of Idaho and the Idaho Power Company dated October 25, 1984, regarding electric utility water rights in the Snake River Basin. Deems such agreement to be in accordance with the requirements for issuance of a license under the Federal Power Act.
Declares that Federal or Indian reserved water rights in the Snake River Basin are not affected by this Act.
