A bill to prohibit United States payments to the United Nations on or after October 1, 1987, unless certain United Nations files have been made available to appropriate law enforcement officials.

Prohibits the United States from making any payments to the United Nations unless the United Nations releases to all appropriate law enforcement officials, upon request, all charge files in the custody of the United Nations which relate to suspected Nazi war criminals.
