A bill relating to the application of the drawback provisions of section 313 of the Tariff Act of 1930 to certain imports of cane sugar

Allows, under specified conditions, for a drawback (refund) of duties paid on raw cane sugar imported into the United States after October 31, 1977, and before April 1, 1985.
