A bill to amend the Appendix to the Tariff Schedules of the United States to extend the suspension of duty on bicycle parts.

Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1990, the duties on generator lighting sets for bicycles, bicycle chains, and certain other bicycle parts.

Amends the Foreign Trade Zones Act to extend, through January 1, 1991, the exclusion of imported bicycle parts that are not subsequently re-exported from the exemption from the customs laws that is applicable to a foreign trade zone.
