Establishes the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area, Arizona. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to develop, within two years, a comprehensive management plan for such area to protect the natural riparian, wildlife, cultural, and recreational resources.
Directs the Secretary to establish a Multiple Use Advisory Council for such Area.
Requires the Secretary to report within five years to the Congress on the implementation of this Act. Authorizes appropriations.
