A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to ban the production and use of advertisements for child pornography or solicitations for child pornography, and for other purposes.
Child Sexual Abuse and Pornography Act of 1986 - Amends the Federal criminal code with regard to the sexual exploitation of children. Makes it a Federal offense for any person to advertise: (1) any product depicting sexually explicit conduct with a minor; or (2) the opportunity to engage in such conduct with a minor.
Amends the Mann Act to include the transportation of males within its coverage and makes other changes so that the offense is gender neutral.
