A bill to provide that certain individuals who are not citizens of the United States and certain persons who are not individuals shall be ineligible to receive financial assistance under the price support and related programs administered by the Secretary of Agriculture.

Makes individuals who are not U.S. citizens or nationals and specified foreign-controlled interests ineligible for agricultural price supports, loans, crop insurance, and disaster payments.

Exempts a foreign interest operating a single small- or medium-sized family farm from such prohibition.
