Immigration Exclusion Amendments Act of 1986 - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to exclude from temporary entry into the United States any alien whom a consular official or the Attorney General knows or believes is likely to engage in espionage or sabotage, or criminal or terrorist activity in the United States.
States that no person shall be denied a nonimmigrant visa because of his or her lawful political beliefs, activities, or associations.
