A bill to provide for a pilot program of sales of loans under title V of the Housing Act of 1949.

Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a pilot program to sell at least $8,000,000,000 in rural housing loans to the public (title V of the Housing Act of 1949) in each of FY 1986 through 1988.

Backs such sales by a pool of Government-owned loans which would be eligible for replacement acquisition if a purchased loan is delinquent for 30 days or more.
