A bill to direct the Secretary of Defense, for contingency planning purposes, to conduct a comprehensive study and investigation to determine the feasibility and cost of relocating to an alternative site or sites in the Pacific region the military facilities of the United States located in the Republic of the Philippines.

Reaffirms the intent of the United States to maintain close ties with the Republic of the Philippines and to maintain U.S. military facilities located there as long as practicable.

Directs the Secretary of Defense, for contingency planning purposes, to conduct a study of the feasibility of relocating such military facilities presently in the Philippines at another secure and stable site in the Pacific region. Directs the Secretary to submit the results of such study, together with comments and recommendations, to the Congress no later than June 30, 1986.
