Establishes the Disability Advisory Council, whose members shall be appointed by the Secretary of Health and Human Services, to conduct studies and make recommendations regarding the medical and vocational aspects of disability under titles II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) and XVI (Supplemental Security Income) of the Social Security Act.
Sets forth reporting requirements.
Provides for the Council's termination.
