Amends the National Trails System Act to designate the Nez Perce National Historic Trail from Wallowa Lake, Oregon, to Bear Paw Mountain, Montana, as part of the National Trails System.
Prohibits the acquisition of non-Federal lands for such Trail. Permits the inclusion of non-Federal lands in such Trail if appropriate segments are nominated, administered, and paid for by non-Federal agencies.
Authorizes the acceptance of donated markers to identify significant locations on the Trail.
Authorizes appropriations.
