Daylight Saving Extension Act of 1985 - Amends the Uniform Time Act of 1966 to start daylight saving time on the first Sunday of April (rather than the last Sunday of April) and to end it on the first Sunday of November (rather than on the last Sunday of October). Continues a State's right to preempt such time changes.
Directs the Federal Communications Commission to make necessary adjustments in the operation of daytime standard amplitude modulation broadcast stations.
