Agricultural Commodity Uses Research Act of 1985 - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to conduct a five-year matching funds research program to develop new nonfood uses for agricultural commodities normally used as food or livestock feed.
Authorizes FY 1986 through 1990 appropriations. Requires funds from such appropriations to be used for an agricultural commodity uses research center at Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio.
