A bill relating to the authorization of appropriations for certain components of the National Wildlife Refuge System.

Amends the Act which established the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, Alabama, to increase the authorization of appropriations, which shall remain available until expended.

Amends the Act which established the Tensas River National Wildlife Refuge, Louisiana, to make the authorization of appropriations, which shall remain available until expended.

Amends the Act which established the Bogue Chitto National Wildlife Refuge, Louisiana and Mississippi, to increase the authorization of appropriations, which shall remain available until expended.

Amends the Act which established the Tinicum National Environmental Center, Pennsylvania, to make the authorization of appropriations available until expended.
