Provides formulae for the distribution and use of specified judgment funds to the: (1) Santee Sioux Tribe of Nebraska; (2) Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe; and (3) Prairie Island Sioux, Lower Sioux Indian Community, and the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Communities of Minnesota. Requires the addition of specified funds to the distribution shares of the Santee Sioux Tribe of Nebraska and to the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe. Prohibits any person from receiving benefit payments as a member of more than one of the specified tribes.
Exempts such funds from: (1) State and Federal income taxes; and (2) being considered as income or resources for purposes of eligibility for assistance under Federal assistance programs (including social security).
