Nuclear Regulation Reorganization Act of 1985 - Establishes the Nuclear Regulation Agency (the Agency) to succeed the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Sets guidelines for the officers and personnel of such agency. Transfers all property, personnel, and funds from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to the Agency. Places the Agency under the administration of a Director and a Deputy Director, both of whom are to be appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate.
