Silver Stockpile Reform Act of 1985 - Authorizes the President to dispose of 10,000,000 troy ounces of silver currently held in the National Defense Stockpile. Requires such disposal to be carried out in accordance with the Strategic and Critical Materials Stock Piling Act.
