Methanol and Ethanol Vehicle Incentives Act of 1985 - Amends the Motor Vehicle Information and Cost Savings Act to set forth the manner of determining the fuel economy of methanol and ethanol powered automobiles.
Directs the Environmental Protection Agency Administrator, for certain labeling purposes, to determine the fuel economy of a methanol and ethanol powered automobile to be 15 percent of the prescribed fuel economy as calculated.
