Requires the Attorney General to modify the classification system used by the National Crime Information Center in its Interstate Identification Index, and by the Identification Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation with respect to offenses involving the sexual exploitation of children, in order to include the age of the victim and the relationship of the victim to the offender. Requires such classification to use a uniform definition of a child.
