A resolution designating membership on certain standing committees of the House.

Elects the following Members of the House of Representatives to the specified committee: (1) Alan Wheat, of Missouri, to the Committee on the District of Columbia; (2) Matthew G. Martinez, of California, to the Committee on Government Operations; and (3) Morris K. Udall, of Arizona, to the Committee on Post Office and Civil Service (effective only for the first session of the 99th Congress).
