A resolution expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the United States Government should negotiate a multilateral wheat production agreement with the other wheat exporting countries.

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the United States should negotiate with the governments of other leading wheat exporting countries to: (1) ensure stable wheat prices through a multilateral wheat production agreement; and (2) eliminate subsidies of commercial wheat exports.
