Declares that the House of Representatives commends Ambassador Harry Barnes for attending the funeral of Rodrigo Rojas De Negri and for his efforts to obtain medical care for the youth. Holds the Government of Chile responsible for his injuries and denial of proper medical care. Condemns the Government of Chile for Rodrigo Rojas' death.
