Designates majority party membership on the following standing committees of the House of Representatives: (1) Agriculture; (2) Appropriations; (3) Armed Services; (4) Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs; (5) Budget; (6) District of Columbia; (7) Education and Labor; (8) Energy and Commerce; (9) Foreign Affairs; (10) Government Operations; (11) House Administration; (12) Interior and Insular Affairs; (13) Judiciary; (14) Merchant Marine and Fisheries; (15) Post Office and Civil Service; (16) Public Works and Transportation; (17) Rules; (18) Science and Technology; (19) Small Business; (20) Standards of Official Conduct; (21) Veterans' Affairs; and (22) Ways and Means.
