A resolution to establish the Select Committee on Defense Contracting and Business Procedures.

Establishes in the House of Representatives the Select Committee on Defense Contracting and Business Procedures. Requires the committee, as soon as practicable during the present Congress, to report to the House on its investigation of defense contracting procedures. Terminates such committee 30 days after the filing of such report.
