Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that: (1) recognition be extended to the Holstein-Friesian Association of America for its most noteworthy contribution to the American agricultural revolution; (2) special commendation be extended to such Association for its contribution to the genetic advancement and the efficiency of the national dairy herd; and (3) such Association be specifically complimented on the advancement of the Holstein breed of dairy cattle in the United States and the contribution being made through its genetic pool of purebred, registered animals to the advancement of the Holstein breed worldwide.
