A bill to require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to study duplicative collection of information by the Department of Health and Human Services and to recommend methods for reducing such duplicative collection.

Requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to conduct a study on the collection of information by the Department of Health and Human Services in order to determine what information is being collected from the same class of individuals more than once.

Requires: (1) the Secretary to report to the Congress on such study; and (2) such report to include detailed recommendations for more efficient information collection.
