A bill to make surviving spouses of judicial officials who died before October 1, 1986, eligible for increased annuities which are effective as of that date.

Amends the Judicial Improvements Act of 1985 to make surviving spouses of judicial officials who died before October 1, 1986, eligible for increased annuities which are effective as of that date, notwithstanding contributions or deposits made in accordance with applicable law at lower rates.
