Back Injury Commission Act of 1986 - Establishes the Commission on Back Injuries to study the causes and consequences of occupational back injuries and recommend actions to prevent and alleviate such injuries.
Requires the Commission to report its findings, conclusions, and recommendations to the President and the Congress. Terminates the Commission 30 days after submitting such report.
