A bill for the relief of John W. Ruth, Senior.

Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a specified sum to a named individual in full satisfaction of his claims against the United States arising out of losses incurred when such individual relied upon assurances by Federal officials during his participation in Federal efforts to develop the Appalachian region.
