A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to provide that certain reserve service performed while in inactive-duty training status may be included as creditable military service for purposes of chapters 83 and 84 of such title.

Provides that military service performed while in inactive-duty training as a Naval Reserve officer of the Civil Engineer Corps or as an enlisted member of the Naval Reserve assigned to a construction rating shall be included as creditable military service for Federal retirement purposes.
