Directs the Secretary of Commerce, acting through the Commissioner of Patents and Trademarks, to issue to the Alabama Space Science Exhibit Commission certificates of registration on the following service marks: (1) "The Space and Rocket Center"; (2) "Space Camp"; (3) "Space Academy"; (4) "United States Space Camp"; and (5) "United States Space Academy".
