Releases all restrictions on specified lands in Salt Lake City, Utah, except for mineral and related rights.
Requires Utah to acquire the surface estate of lands comparable in terms of wildlife in exchange for such lands. Requires the Utah-acquired lands to be reserved for the conservation of wildlife with a right of reversion to the United States should such lands cease to be used for such purposes.
Requires the Secretary of the Interior to accept and pay fair market value for lands designated as the Cuyahoga Valley Line, Ohio, if such lands are offered.
