A bill to amend the International Banking Act of 1978.
International Banking Act Amendments of 1986 - Amends the International Banking Act of 1978 to provide that certain banks in Puerto Rico shall be treated as domestic banks if: (1) at least 75 percent of all outstanding voting stock of such a bank is owned by U.S. citizens; and (2) any company which controls such bank is organized under the laws of Puerto Rico.
