President's Media Commission on Drug Abuse Act - Establishes the President's Media Commission on Drug Abuse to: (1) examine public education programs intended to prevent narcotic and psychotropic drug abuse; (2) act as an administrative and coordinating body to assist in the implementation of new programs and national strategies for the dissemination of information intended to prevent narcotic and psychotropic drug abuse; and (3) monitor the effectiveness of such programs and strategies.
Requires the Commission to report annually to the President and the Congress.
