Interstate Compact - Grants congressional approval to the Arkansas-Mississippi Great River Bridge Construction Compact, which provides for: (1) construction of a highway bridge connecting the two States; and (2) establishment of a joint interstate authority to assist in such construction.
Reserves the right of the Congress to alter, amend, or repeal this Act.
