Social Security Due Process Amendments of 1986 - Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to require that an application for benefits include a statement notifying applicants of: (1) the 60-day period (or any longer period authorized by the Secretary of Health and Human Services) for commencing court review of a final decision or determination of the Secretary rendered after a hearing; and (2) the consequences of failing to commence an action within such period.
