A bill to insure the payment in 1987 of cost-of-living increases under the OASDI program in title II of the Social Security Act.

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act to eliminate the requirement that there be at least a three-percent rise in the Consumer Price Index before a cost-of-living adjustment is made in 1987 OASDI and Supplemental Security Income (title XVI of the Act) benefits.
