A bill to amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to permit employees of public agencies to volunteer to perform for such agencies the same type of services for which the employees are employed.

Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to exclude from wage and hour coverage under such Act volunteer services performed by public agency employees even if such services are the same type of services for which such employees are employed.
